If you’ve ever had back or neck pain, you’ll know it’s no laughing matter.

The good news is that if you’re an Irish Life Health customer you can use the Back-Up program to help you manage your symptoms.

The program will link you with a chartered physiotherapist who will assess your pain symptoms and develop a treatment plan just for you.

Your treatment plan may include app-based exercises, face-to-face or virtual physiotherapy and even home working assessments, where deemed clinically necessary, to help prevent your pain becoming a chronic problem.

All this is available to Irish Life Health customers for a once off fee of €50, per treatment programme (with a maximum of two treatment programmes per policy year).
